Capitol Hill Connect (CHC) is a Department of Veterans Affairs certified service disabled veteran owned small business (SDVOSB), government relations consulting firm that delivers strategic value to businesses, nonprofits, and foundations so they can build and sustain success in a highly competitive environment.

Whether it’s an enterprise company, a small government contractor, a non-profit or a foundation, we provide access & influence, then create legislative strategies that either develop and implement advocacy positions or secure contracts with Federal agencies to include: the DoD, VA, and DHS.
